We expect you are now busy planning ahead for the New Year.  Whether you are planning your quilting projects for the year, for a specific class or experiment, following some of the ideas in the new patchwork and quilting magazines or simply taking refuge from the weather, we have lots of inspiring and beautiful fabrics for you to choose from.  

Our menu on the left allows you to navigate easily around the website, from fabrics to Fat Quarter bundles, from pre-cut products to patterns.  There is a wide variety of fabrics available and, if you find it difficult to make up your mind, you can experiment with some of the ranges we have put together in FQ Bundles.  If you have been bitten by the bug for pre-cut fabrics, we have a range of Moda’s Jelly Rolls, Layer Cakes and Charm Packs, as well as our own shop-cut strip rolls.  We also stock a high-quality calico which can be used for backing and foundation piecing.

We have been busy adding new stock to the website, so take a look at the various new fabrics.   New London from Marcus Fabrics is a range that makes us look forward to spring: soft, gentle pastels which include a great patchwork print: ideal for making quick quilts and cushion covers.  Moda have released the next line in ‘Collections For A Cause’: Comfort.  Rich greens, blues, reds and chocolate are combined with cream and tan prints.  We are stocking a range of fabrics in the red colourway but also have Comfort jelly rolls, charm packs and layer cakes.  Also from Moda is American Banner, a useful print for a Quilter’s Palette in red, blue or beige small stars.  We have a few prints from Deb Strain’s ‘Coming Home’ line in our Folk & Rustic category, but they are selling very fast, with the sheep running out of the door!  Finally many of you enjoyed the beautiful autumnal leaf prints from Robert Kaufman, and so we have added a couple more of the gorgeous Florentine prints, including a rich panel in jewelled colours, overprinted in gold – a real eyecatcher.  It measures an imperial FQ and so is perfect as the centrepiece of a quilt or cushion.

Unlike other companies, there is no minimum order value to benefit from this offer.  However, there is the option to upgrade to First Class delivery for a £3.00 standard rate, if you need your fabrics in a hurry.  Just follow the instructions as you pass through the check-out procedure.  All orders are turned round in 48 hours and sent out by Royal Mail.
