A partial refund of 50% only will be offered against fabric cut to your requirements.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Please email or call if you have a problem with any purchased item.  A full refund (including postage costs) will be offered if the fault lies with Laughing Hedgehog.  However, if we are unable to find a fault with any returned item, no postage costs will be refunded and we reserve the right to offer a credit note in place of a refund.

All purchases over £30.00 qualify for free postage and will be shipped by the most economical method available based on the parcel weight and size.
